If you are interested in joining Pocono Mountain H.O.G., follow the simple steps below:

First, make sure your National H.O.G. Membership is current.

Second, download and fill out our Chapter Enrollment Form (located on our "Links" page).

Last, mail the completed form and check for $15 to the address below.

Checks should be made out to Pocono Mountain H.O.G. Chapter, Inc. When you have everything completed, please mail the form and the check to the following address:
